We offer to keep you in compliance with NYC regulations for Backflow Devices. It is required that every device be tested yearly, and proper paperwork submitted to the NYC DEP. We take care of this for you. Non-Compliance can lead to thousands of dollars in fines and a visit to Environmental Control Board Court. If you do get a violation, we can go to court for you after making sure your device is complaint and functioning properly. 

Occasionally, a device will fail its annual compliance test. Most companies will not even offer to repair them, as it can be time consuming. This can also get very expensive, as a you are paying for a brand new installation. We however, prefer to open up a device to see what is causing the failure. The body of a Backflow device can last decades, as long as the inside is cleaned regularly. 

Over the years, we have come to realize that most rubber parts have a 5-7 year life cycle. Manufacturers recommend the rubber be replaced after 5 years, so we decided to offer this service to our contracted clients. This includes the the disassembling of the device, cleaning all internal components, removing mineral buildup, replace rubber parts on each check valve and relief valve ( if applicable ), reassemble, and test to assure compliance. 

This is our hassle free offer to keep you in compliance. Customers sign an agreement that we will perform the testing for their devices, and keep them in compliance for up to 3 years per property. This includes the performance of the test, and submittal of required paperwork for the NYC DEP.
